City Gate Storage is a 684-unit, 3-story self-storage facility located in a new retail corridor of the fast-growing city of Gilbert, Arizona. This project utilized a more urban design with 3 levels of elevator-accessed, climate-controlled units. The project consists of 102,275 gross square feet on two acres of land, completed in 2020.
